Premium Channel Free Previews Question

Is there a way to find out when the premium channles offer free previews? Like what weekend Starz, HBO, etc. are free for everyone?

I just heard a Showtime free preview weekend begins on Thursday (March 25th). I don't know if Dish is participating, though.

Geez, I don't even remember the last free movie weekend that Dish offered. We used to get them several times a year IIRC.

No, it makes no sense, but they seem to keep it a secret and people find out about it channel surfing of from Boards like these.
