"President's line" disconnected!!!

I just tried to call the "President's line" (for problem resolution) and it said it had been disconnected and instructed me to call the regular DirecTV C/S number, 800-531-5000!!

WTF!?!?!?
 
It was shut down due to abuse (quite a while ago). In general issues are to go through the customer service channels and be escalated when needed.

If you have a serious issue you can explain it to me in a PM and if appropriate I can have them contact you directly.
