Price on new hd-dvr??

Does anyone have any idea what directv might charge for this unit once it's available? I currently have the high def tivo unit now and I thought I remember reading somewhere that they would swap out the hd-tivo for the new one at no charge? I'm almost positive that's what a D rep. told me also when I ordered the hd-tivo. Now I though I read somewhere else that they might charge $200 for this unit plus add on another 2yrs. to contract!! I hope not as this is ridiculous! Can someone please clarify what D will do with existing customers once this unit is available? Will it just be an even trade hd-tivo for directvhd-dvr?

if it's anything like the hd tivo they'll charge $1000 for it right off the bat, of course they're supposed to have a rent and a lease option for it as well for those that don't want to pay $1000 for it.
