Problem to find 99 sat with AT9

Hi , I'm having problems to get signal for Sat 99 in AT9 Ka/Ku dish, I get signal for 101, 110, 119 and 103 (only 1 network), but I can reached signal for 99 sat.
Somebody know how get it??
