Problem with 622

After going inactive, my 622 goes dark and will not return to normal service unless I unplug and plug back in. Called dish and after a few minutes with tech support she said "we're having a problem with the 622's and are working to resolve" She wouldn't give me any more detail than that.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Sounds like she was too lazy to go thru the motions to send you a replacement. I'd say its time for a game of CSR Roulette.
