Problem with dvr622

The tec came over to readjust my dish. When he did a check switch it showed sat 129 as NC (not connected). I am getting programing from Sat 129 and 119. What gives. He seems to think I need a new receiver. Sat 110 says OK and Sat 119 says OK. but Sat 129 says NC. What do you all think.

what equipment are you using? receiver registered 129 but it said N/C then i say the signal to low on it

Also the signal strength on the 129 is 80 now, by relinging the dish it increased from 70 to 80. I get a clear picture with no pixiling now.
