problems registering

Im trying to register my new vip 922 on slingaccounts.com but I keep getting an invalid finder id. I doubled and tripled checked the id on the receiver by pressing menu twice. I did some reserach and I tried registering it on slingbox.com but I keep getting the same invalid finder id error.
Any ideas on what I can do?

I think the only "supported" way to use sling on the 922 is to log into your dish network account and access Dish Remote Access. There are some older versions of the slingplayer that also work.

thanks for the answer but it looks like it worked itself out. Today when I got home from work (I work graveyard :| ) I tried going back to the sites to try to register it again it showed me that the vip 922 was registered already. I loaded up the $30 sling software on my samsung fascinate and it detected the box right away.
