Problems with FX during Justified Tuesday Night

Saw a similar issue on The Americans as well last night. It wasn't as bad as it was on Justified. I'm calling an FX issue. If I see it again I'll call dish and escalate it so they can check their interlink with FX.

Eastern Arc Justified was fine.

As it was for me. I'd say maybe receiver specific but I think a post that had the problem had it on a 612 as I have.
