prof7300 dont work with win7 64bit - HELP

i use Windows Se7en 64Bit

i want to use prof ip data but dont work
dont show the PID of freqs :|

i think driver is problame

Prof7300_Driver_1.1.0.5_Amd64
MPEVirtual_Driver_2.2.1.3_W7_64

test ip data 1.2 and 1.5 but doesnt work

test BDADataEx :| Again dont work

in win7 x86 work
