Program and channel number do not match on DVR Recording

I DVR'd 'Brothers & Sisters' on Sunday and then went to play it last night and the DVR screen had the correct channel and title that i thought I had recorded, but had actually recorded something different and at a different time. Can anyone tell me what could have caused this.

I get that sometimes as well.. I generally blame the channel because I've seen it do that before..

Maybe is was incorrect EPG data provided by Tribune.
