Program not available for viewing in your area (Code 743)

I have some movies that I recorded from my 922 that I stored on an external hard drive. Mostly kid's movies like Toy Story or Tangled. They were on Starz or Encore. We no longer subscribe to either of these premium channels. On my new hopper, any time I try to play one of them, on either the Hopper or a Joey, I get a message saying "This program is not available for viewing in your area." It is code 743. What gives?

Can I no longer watch shows that were recorded on channels I no longer subscribe to? I still have a few HBO movies that work though, and I don't subscribe to HBO. Any ideas?

It's doing the same thing to me except mine are PPV movies.
