Programming IR/UHF Pro 4.0 remote to Memorex MLTD2622 Tv

I am trying to program my remote to my TV. I have tried several codes. It is a IR/UHF 4.0 remote and a Memorex MLTD2622 tv. I do not have the manual for the remote.

You can go to DISH's website and find instructions and codes for your remote. You may have to get a new remote if the TV is newer than your receiver. There is no way to update codes in most DISH remotes so it is possible that an old remote won't have the new codes for a "NEW" TV.

From that page, for a 4.0 remote, and a Memorex TV, the codes to try are:

720/654/752/748/627. Those are the top 5 that usually work.

The way to do it is this. First, make sure the TV is on, and playing

1. Press and hold the clear TV button at the top left of the remote until all the lights come on. When they do, let off the button. TV should be blinking
2. Enter the 3 digit code. Then press # (pound) underneath the 9 button
3. Try the volume to see if that works. If so, then tap and release the SAT button at the top left to put the remote back into SAT mode. If not? Go back to step 1 and try the next code.
