but I want to know is - does anyone know who is the programme provider for WFOR Ch-4 CBS Miami,WPLG Ch-10 ABC Miami and WTJV Ch-6 NBC Miami on SES 1 - 101.0° West.

Welcome to Satellite Guys! Those channels (among many others) are part of the locals that DirecTV provides to customers. They are actually on DirecTV 4S/8 at 101W. They are not available legally using Free To Air equipment.
