PTAT Start Time Adjustments

I'm sure this has been asked but I can't find an answer. My PTAT shows it starts recording 2 minutes before the actual start of prime time which impacts my recordings if I try scheduling 3 recordings for the period just before prime time.

Is there a way to adjust the start of PTAT so I can record 3 shows during the hour before prime time?

There is not a way to adjust the start time of PTAT but I will pass that suggestion along.

Thanks. Because the PTAT starts recording 2 minutes before prime time starts, you're only able to record 2 shows during the half hour before prime time.This invalidates Dish Network's claim that you can record shows at a time.

To get around this you would need to stop the recording of the 3rd recording 2 minutes from the end of a show which would cause you to miss the end of a show. Unfortunately you can't do this so it isn't an option.

Anything that can be done to get this fixed would be appriciated.
