Question About Dish HDGold

Ok on or around april 1 I will be calling Dish to upgrade my 942 to a 622. I currently have the top 180 package also have the HD pack and my locals. Kansas city area (66062). I was checking the channel lineup of HDGOLD on dishes website. This is probably package i will upgrade to. My question is there are a few channels either i didnt see or may have missed on the gold package. I didnt see HGTV? My wife and I enjoy this channel. Is it included in the HDGold lineup or did i just look over it? Also is this the right package to get if I want to keep basically the same standard channels that I have now? One other question. Does anyone know when KC HD locals will be up and running? Sometimes I have trouble getting certain ota channels with my antenna. Thanks for the help

I have HD Gold. HGTV is in there, believe me. And I hear that the KC digitals have been active on Dish for a week or so now.

mdonnelly is right, you should be getting the SD version of HGTV. The HD version hasn't launched yet.
