I am switching to D tomorow from E. I just noticed that D does not have our CBS station in HD. I can not receive over the air HD and am wondering how difficult it would be to get a waiver for Los Angeles CBSHD. Before E lost their ability to transmit distants, I had a waiver for CBS and NBC. Also, any idea as to when CBS Portland HD will be added?

Getting a waiver takes forever and is next to impossible from what I've heard... you can go here to see if you qualify for DNS, though, which is basically the same thing without the hassle of getting the waiver.
Otherwise, it's a matter of waiting to see if they light up your CBS on either D10 or D11 sometime in the next 6 months. I'm in the same boat with my local CBS feed, but I get it OTA....
