Question aboutTP's and SR's

I'm curious: what happens (or doesn't happen) if you enter the TP for a Sat but not the SR? Thanks.

most receivers would put symbol rate of 00000 in

Some wont let you continue and some put in the last sr entered...

Depends on the reciever. If your thinking about Lyngsat and the ones with no sr, those are analog and you need a different reciver for those
