Hey Guys!

We are very excited to be working together closely with XStreamHD, I am sure you will be seeing a lot more from XStreamHD here at SatelliteGuys as they get closer to launch.

You guys have so many questions about XStreamHD and unfortuantely I don't have all the answers... but I do know the guy who does... George Gonzalez is the CEO of XStreamHD...

I am thinking of asking him if he is willing to do a Hour Long live "Scotty Chat" with me, and while he does not need to be on the entire hour I would like him to come on and take LIVE call in questions from our members.

The show would be done at night at 7PM or 8PM Eastern Time and last for an hour.

Let me know your thoughts and see if this is something we should persue.

Sounds Good, But I haven't really been following the topic.
Maybe you could point me in the direction and give me another head up on What exactly
this is, and how its used, and price. Thanks

OK My opinion is the cost seems High.
But here are a few Questions I have:
  1. What is the monthly fee?
  2. How much are the Movies?
  3. Is this only movies or TV as well?
  4. Is this Just another HD PPV option?
  5. Is this just like FYRE TV, Just not Porno?
  6. Can this be accessed without putting up another dish?

Well, it might be a way of building future access and starting with a good relationship.

But personally, I have no interest in them anymore, and doubt they have a successful business model.

Scott - This is exactly what I want. Personally, I'd like his involvement to be 2 part. I'd like him to spend his 5-10 mins "selling" his service to me. I want him to tell me why I should buy his product over what I have now. I'm sure this is something he'd be very comfortable with as the CEO! And the second part would be a combination of questions from Scott and from callers. I think that the problem most of us have right now is the cost, but I'd rather he doesn't get the same question over and over (hence the prepared questions from Scott which could cover this).

Maybe not but I see you still are curious to be here. :)

Scott- I think it is a great idea but agree the call in should be screened for repeated questions. Let's not waste his time with out in left field personal unique situations, rather a general overall introduction of what it's all about and how it will fit in the AVERAGE home. Basically I ditto lakebum's request.

Let's not waste his time going over materials already on their website or information otherwise readily available. I really wonder how 'average' people are on this forum. I'm rather skeptical about some of XStreamHD's technical approaches and business model, but I am interested in the end result and am willing to be persuaded if their reasoning is sound.

I would hope a more in-depth discussion would not only help fence-sitters like me decide which way to jump, but also provide a sense to XStreamHD of what people are looking for and the integration issues they are facing.

Prerecorded questions by the members might be a good idea. This way you can screen the questions without taking the extra time needed during the broadcast.

Screened by Scott only. I would hope he would allow the real questions to make it through with weeding out all of the crap.

My point was there would be no way to follow-up if (1) the answer opens up another question, (2) the question is misunderstood or (3) the question is dodged. There are other limitations, but those are a few examples. I'm merely hoping for something other than a stale sales pitch with a few pillows thrown in for effect. These folks have been a long time in coming, and one would hope that by now they have answers.
