Quick Question, Want to come back to Dish

I finally moved and got everything settled after a year. I want to get back into Dish. I want the Hopper and Joeys, but my question is when I go to the site I don't see some of my favorite channels listed there anymore. MGMHD UniversalHD HDnetMovies. Are these channels still available? And if so why cant I find them on the site?

Check Blockbuster@Home, depending on when you left is was probably the Platinum pack. Since Dish purchased Blockbuster, it was renamed and now includes getting dvd's mailed to your service address.
