Rain Fade

So far I am very happy with Voom. I get signal in the range of 94-95.

Today there was rain (sometimes heavy) and I was getting signal in the range of 70-74 and some channels were not coming up and some breaking up. It all went normal after the rain stopped. I am in MA, 02038. If I call, can I expect Voom to replace my dish for a bigger 30" dish to avoid this rain fade?

OTA had problems too during the rain. I have the winegard sensar II. Sould a bigger/better antenna fix that issue too? Normally I get almost all the locals I am supposed to get. Would Voom give me a better antenna to avoid rain fade problems?
 
Also, anyone else in MA experienced rain fade?
