Here is the company structure of Rainbow Media Holdings LLC. Madison Square Garden is part of it. Rainbow DBS is just a small part of what Rainbow Media owns.

damn that was a good find, I did not even know rainbow media had their own website. I only knew of this one on the cablevision site
