Raleigh NC stations showing up on Outer Banks

The Outer Banks of North Carolina has always been considered part of the Norfolk-Virginia Beach market and as such, OTA stations from that area have been all that were offered, except for the local PBS outlet in Columbia, NC.

Tonight, I noticed that WNCN-17, WLFL-22, and WRAZ-50 from Raleigh have been added. Cable providers in the region and long provided both NC and VA stations here, either from Raleigh or Washington, NC-Greenville NC-New Bern, NC.

Does anyone know what this about and if other Raleigh stations such as WRAL and WTVD will be added?

Looking at the Directv site for "neighboring locals" NorthHampton county gets the Raleigh locals. Other counties in the Norfolk DMA (in NC) get the PBS only
