RC64R question

Is it possible to setup the RC64R remote such that when in sat mode, he volume controls the AV receiver and not the TV?

My remote operates my Yamaha receiver. The procedure to program the remote is in the instruction guide. I can't remember how to do it but you can.

Yeah.it works fine as long as the remote is in AV1 mode..I want to leave it in Sat mode and hit the volume button to control the volume on the receiver. As is it trys to change the TV volume which since I have an AV receiver I don't use the TV speakers

There are two ways of setting the volume lock, a single device which you did, or ALL devices, which the following will give you:


1. av1 or av2
2. press and hold MUT& SELECT for two blinks
3. enter 9 9 3
4. press SELECT,
