re:hr20-100 caller id

My caller ID on the HR20-100 locks up (won't display) when it reaches a total of 25 numbers. "D" says that this is normal (?) and I need to delete prior to reaching the limit. It doesn't make sense that 25 numbers would require me to do a "reset" to get the ID working again. Any suggestions ??

That does sound weird. You'd think that the oldest number would just get dropped off the list.

I don't use Caller Id with my HR20 or HR23 as my cordless handset has it.
