Reboots every day

Since I work at home, I have noticed a pattern. Every day at 4:40 the main box in my home reboots . Does anyone else have this experience? Why would the device reset in the middle of the day, every day, at the exact same time? This makes no sense to me. Do I need to contact Verizon and get it replaced?

Just guessing a bad box. You could unplug it for a while to reset it, and see if it still does it the next day.

My new HD DVR would reboot every few hours. Tech support remotely reloaded all software to test if that would fix and it did not. Tech came out and gave me new box within 2 days. Verdict was bad box.
