a csr just called me as i type, and told me that my service call was cancelled for the amp multi switch for the locals, he told me def that april 30th voom is gone, and i would not be charged from the time my service call was setup and that my billing would be prorated, and there is no fees for a contract early out, he did tell me that hopefully, they would be able to pick up later on with something new, and he did ask me if i would come back as a prior customer and i said most definately!!! i love my voom is what i told him and i hate to go back to cable for the hd programming,

Interested comment but I will not take it seriously coming from a csr.
