Hi

I was trying to get into my dish account, (Dexter is over, I'm dropping Showtime LOL) and it asked for my receiver number and it said that it had to be 10 digits long.
I do know what my password is.

I know how to get to my reciever number too, but there is no number on the page that is only 10 digits long.

I tried the one that starts with R01 and (I thought that was my reciever number) did the last and first 10 digits, the digits after the R01, as well as the whole thing, but I keeps saying that it's incorrect.
?I tried with and without the dash, without the last two digits after the dash, etc.

I also tried the smart card number but nothing worked, I did finally get into my account by having them send me an email but for future reference what in the "H" are they asking for?

They could be a little clearer, since none of the numbers match the criteria.

Mike

Don't know what it would not work. Your whole receiver number would look something like this:

R01 9999 9999 - 99. Most times they will want: 01 9999 9999, (-) the R and (-) the -99 at end.

They want the R01 plus the next 8 digits. The last two digits are a check and you normally never need to give them when dealing with DISH.
