Reception?

It seems all prime time any time shows when they are played back scramble every once in awhile like your watching it and have bad reception due to rain or snow or something.

Anyone else have this issue?

I haven't watched a ton of PTAT shows but I haven't really noticed yet.

not sure what would be causing it. I you watch it live it dont happen, only on playback
