Recording Marathon: all Voom channels for history!

Just for the sake of history, I think later this month I will make a full, 3-4 hours long 1080i recording (DS124) with my [font=verdana, arial, helvetica]SR-W7U, going through all the channels.

I will also record all the available Nigel Cooks, HD Sideswhows and HD-DVD Extras - is there any other Voom-specific miniseries I forgot?

No, but you can set the voom box to stretch svideo output.

Then the dvd will at least play widescreen. See other posts about it.

I don't have a Tivo or DVD recorder but I've already saved the Peter Gabriel concert to S-VHS. I wanted to catch the 1997 Montreux Jazz Festival just for ELP but haven't seen it listed lately.

True - but I have this native 1080i recorder JVC baby with analog component input... :D
