Remote code to control Sony Elite STR-DA2ES Receiver volume??

Has anyone been able to figure out what code to use to get the Dish VIP622 remote to control the volume of the Sony Elevated Standards receivers? (In my case, the STR-DA2ES receiver)? It is a pain having to continually grab another remote to control the volume. Thanks.
