Remote low battery warning still working?

Just curious as I had the remote to my Hopper go dead at lunch. New batteries brought it right back. I hadn't seen the "low battery" warning once since the last time I changed batteries...

Mine does....way to often....

Works fine here. Can also view the voltage of the battery in the counters. Anything below 4.8 volts is dead.
