Remote problem with 622

Recently, while channel surfing my TV1 remote has been randomly switching to AUX after sitting idle for any period of time more than 30 seconds or so. So, everytime I want to control the receiver, I first have to press SAT each time. I have had it for 3 years, so it may be going bad. Any ideas before I request another?

Also, if the TV1 remote is shot, is there anyway to just use the TV2 remote for TV1? It has never been used (don't have a TV2 connected to the 622).

Yes. Remove the blue tab, reverse it to black side and put back in. Buy default, the remote address for both tvs/remotes is 1. Unless you changed it for TV1, you should be good to go. If you programmed other devices into the old one, you will need to re-enter then on the new one.
