When I access my dvr, the recordings no longer show an avatar of the recorded program. The title of the recorded program is displayed under the avatar, but the avatar displays the channel recorded and not a picture to represent the recording. Does my explanation make sense? The recordings from my previous hopper that are on my external hard drive still show the little picture, not the channel. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

If this was just installed today allow the receiver to update overnight and everything will look normal tomorrow
When my HWS was replaced, it took about 24 hours for the icons to repopulate. It took a couple of days before everything worked as it should.
