Has Dish come out w/something to get rid of a switch? I have 2 large dishes w/LNB's going to a switch for EA. They are coming into the 722 on 1 RG-6. Would like to go to a Hopper but now I'm locked out of using one due to the switch. Is there now finally something that will work to go into the newest version of the Hopper?

The dph42 switch would allow you to use multiple dishes for a hopper 3

Well, may have them do a "standard" install w/an EA dish. Order 1 of these so that right after they leave I can go back to my oversize dishes. Also have to do some moving. I have both my service address and billing addresses as different locations.

I would tell them that you want to keep the 2 larger dishes because of rain fade and have them do the installation with the new DPH42 switch. That way they supply the switch.

A local retailer doing an upgrade would probably do that but I don't think that's an 'approved' DISH installation. :)

Then the two dishes must be used for line of sight issues. ;)
