Issue Details: R15-100,300, 500 IRD's - Recording Issues

The DVR may record programs at the wrong time, record programs that are not scheduled to record, or start recording immediately rather than a selected program's time. We are investigating this issue.

Issue Details: D10-100
May repeat guided setup after a reset in MT and PT time zones only. When this occurs, customer with need to go through guided setup until live video returns, then reset the IRD again.
