Well you are not alone. In San Francisco, the SD channels are on 110 and the HD channels are on 119. The sense is where the available bandwidth is.

Right, but both of those are Western Arc. I have 110, 119 & 129 which are all Western. HD Locals will be on 77 which is Eastern. That requires a new Dish to mount on the opposite side of the house
