Satellite broadband is not the same as land-based broadband due to latency and issue with lack of speed.
I'll say. I am a HughesNet user. When I am using the satellite connection, I cannot access my DVR with RemoteAccess even though the DVR shows it in online and connected.

When I get to a location where I can use Park Wi-Fi. I have no problem. I am assuming satellite latency is the problem with RemoteAccess.

If Dish wants to push WildBlue, then Dish should solve the problem with RemoteAccess over a satellite link.
