Retention plan

So last dec I called to cancel, they offered me something like $44 all in, taxes, DVR fee, etc. for the flex plan & a Joey with a 1yr commitment.

What happens at the end of that year? Continue at current rate, or changes to the current rate for that package?

Actually I think I answered my own question after logging into my account, I see a $30/mo x 12 credit, so it's going to go up. :-(

That's what it does. Call retention and see if they'll extend it
