Signed back up with Comcast so I need to return my equipment. I had three 211k's.

1) I lost the remote to one (actually I believe it broke but can't find it), will they charge me?

2) They sent two boxes, does that mean two separate shipping charges?

1. Don't need to even send the remotes back
2. Not 100% sure. The label could cover both boxes. (Why two not three boxes, own one or will two fit into one box?)

I think two fit in one box and I think you would be charged for both boxes. Are you cancelling, if so I'm pretty certain if you use those boxes you are charged for the shipping but if you can send them on your own for less you could do that as well.

Thanks for the reply

I figured that about the remotes but the illustrated page that came with the boxes has you including the remotes. The boxes I received take two receivers per box so 2 boxes for 3 receivers.

They won't charge you for remotes, because they literally throw the remotes away.

There is a charge per label, your better off finding a bigger box and putting everything in 1 box, even if you got to do your own packaging.

You can always tape 2 same size boxes together :)
