I switched to D* from E* in September and I sent both my 301 and 622 receivers back like I'm supposed too. Now it has been almost 2 months later and they have taken $375 out of my bank account!
I called them and confirmed with them my UPS tracking numbers, so far they haven't given me my money back yet. They said I would get my money back in 7-10 business days, but nothing yet. If they don't what should I do and who should I talk too? And yes the receiver was in prefect working condition.
Because of this I'm never going back to Dish.
