Copper center?, dual shield / quad shield, swept tested to 3Ghz ... anything else I should look for in the specifications.

Really does not matter what you use.
Preferably American Made cable over Chineese made cable, and a copper center conductor is always a plus!
As far as single shield and Quad Shield, it does not make a difference the only time I would install quad shield is if it was going inside of a wall, as you might as well use a better quality of cable when sealing it inside of a wall where as cable run on the exteriors can always be changed later.
