One station still using RTTY that's unencrypted is Pinnebourg Meteo from Germany, they broadcast maritime weather in a few languages, English is one of them. 50 Baud, 425 Hz shift, rev are the parameters. Gotten using a FRG-7, SignaLink USB, and MultiPSK software. Frequencies are seen in pic, found them on 14.467 Megs.
