Rumor FIOS coming to Baltimore City

I went to Columbia Mall the other day and was told by a sales rep that Baltimore City had just approved there waiver. Like I say this is a rumor. We all know how much sales reps know sometimes.

A franchise agreement has been approved in Baltimore COUNTY. None for Baltimore City yet.
