I am up at college and I talked to my dad yesterday and he said that twice since I left for school the Tv which the 8000 is hooked up to had volume problems. He said that channels 2-12 would have no sound, 13-30 would have sound and then 30 on up had no sound. He called Comcast and they told him to Hold both volume buttons down and hit another button and then BOOT comes up on the screen and then Comcast has to send a signal to the box. The second time it happened my dad said the guy from Comcast said he was at work for 15 mins and he already had that problem 5 times. Anyone else have this happen to them? I am begining to think I want the Motorola box instead with all the problems i am having.
