I signed for U-verse, they installer came and go, another show up with a truck and tell me I m out of range. I dont understand Vrad are only one half from my house, the cables are there....

Just saw this thread. But we had the same issue when trying to get U-verse. We were out of range, and for some strange reason they decided to move the VRAD our connection would have come from a few blocks and we ended up losing our internet.

call them back and request a I.N.I.D. install which allows you to be up to 5,000 ft from the VRAD.

I'll second that. U-verse wasn't available to me for more than a year because I'm just over 5000 feet from the VRAD. Now that INID (pair bonding) has gone live in my area I'm proud to say I was able to get hooked up last weekend. Service so far is outstanding with U300 and Max 18 internet plan...

This looks just a little suspicious
