Would this work I'm planning on connecting one of these DVI to Component Video Adapters to the DVI output of my Samsung DVD I wish I could just use the DVI but my Mitsubishi WS-65819 only has HD input via 3 RCA's.

DVI Adapter on Ebay

If I just use the Samsungs component output it is only at 480 I want the full 1080i output but with my existing TV.

If this would work my next problem would be to get some sort of HD input switch box.

since no one know the answer to my other question, how about this one whats the diffrence betwen DVI & DVI-I ? This adapter that I'm referring to is made for DVI-I & my Samsung output is DVI.
