Samsung TS-360 Guide

If I am watching a certain channel and press GUIDE, all the channels are not in sequence. I have poked around all over the place but I haven't figured this out yet. I have the ALL Channels list selected. I have just had this 1 day so I might be doing something wrong.

Any help for this hillbilly is appreciated.

Sorry, I just found out what I was doing wrong. I had the guide set on "NAME"
and it was putting them in alphabetical order. I reset my guide to "Grid".

The pictures look good on it but the graphics are not what you would call pretty. It has some features that I like such as caller Id. It has Resolution and format buttons on the remote which is nice. I don't like their choice of colors on the menus. I miss the Hughes and mainly the surf guide that it had.

I am trying to get Directv to send me another HTL-HD and take this one back.
I don't think its fair if you buy your choice of reciever and then something happens to it, that they replace it with something that you didn't want in the first place. If I had wanted a Samsung then I would have bought one. The way it is now, they are forcing me to use it.

I have the TS-360 and like it very much. Of course I am only comparing it to the RCA SD receiver.
