Are you planning to have AM/FM radio stations receive the content you are planning to uplink? If so, there is Clear Channel Satellite Services and Cumulus Satellite Services. If you email them, they will give you a quote. You would send your content to them via ISDN or some sort of business class IP Link. If more for personal use, I know that Scott used someone to uplink the SatelliteGuys Radio Show a few years ago, he may remember what the name of that provider was.
