If there is anyone who is getting this channel, could you confirm your setup with me? thanks Jason

I should be able to pick it up with a super dish and a 105 lnbf right? Its bandstacked. thanks Jason

Depends where you are located, but that Dish is probably too small, Echo's Sats are very powerful compared to the others.
For Linear FTA, an oval 30"+ is required, bigger is better.
I have no experience with Backstacked LNB, but if you set it up correctly, it should work.
I think you use the OCS LNB option vs. Standard or Universal

Iceberg, new guy here. What do you mean the bandstacked game?

Lak7, I am using the Super dish. Its a large oval.

White Springs can be used on a smaller dish sue to the power and the low FEC of 1/2

The Superdish will be fine for WSTV

Iceberg BYU(89w) scanned in manually 12820 V 29000 with the coolsat and the bandstacked dn lnbf. Then I pointed a second dish (same setup) at 123w. I am trying to add an lnb to my 123w dish for 129 so that I can get WSTV. I just dont get a signal. They are only 6 degrees off. on a super dish that is only about 3 inches apart. the skew is only 3 degrees off. I didnt figure it would be this difficult. I did check the lnb out to make sure it works. I am using the same dish settings as I did for 123 and 89. what now?

Iceberg, I had already done it but because you suggested it again I double checked. I cant find this bird. Any more ideas?

there is a data transponder at 11880 V 30000

you can lock on that first...might be easier to pick up. sure there is no channels on it but it will still lock the signal

and you do know when you work with multiple lnb's they go opposite of where they are in the sky right? so if you stand in front of the dish facing it the LNB for 129 will be to the RIGHT of 123

lnb placement isnt the problem. I will try the data transponder. Will in enter it in as 11880?

I have found echostar 129 completely by accident! Now how do I find the other 129 sat? Do they share the exact same coordinates. Are they the same satellite? what? Blind scan doesnt help. Jason
