I was looking for a better price for Norsat LNBs and came across this site. They seem to cater to the Business proffesionals and their communication needs. They have an excellent selection of Norsats. What caught my attention is the uncanny strive for customer service. They go the extra mile and then some. I purchased a few lnbs and that one order has generated 10 email responses concerning every aspect of the order. Also a "saw you were on the site" "can I help with anything?" email. Well I look forward to a good relationship with this company.

I have bought a few LNBs and Novra receivers from them. Prices have been good and service is ok. My one caution would be to use a CC as when I returned a Novra receiver for a refund it took about 6 weeks for the credit to show in Paypal account. Other than that one problem they have been good to deal with.
